The boss of brand name “The Old IKA” was born in 1947, in small town Chocen- Czech with true name, Jiri Kaspar. He was called with familiar as IKA. Growing up in a family with tradition of cold meat production, Mr. IKA was inherited know-how of soaking meat, recipe of hot dog and cold meat products. When he was a child, he was given to taste newly produced dishes by his mother and he always wished he would make them by himself.
